Sydney Topp is a Recruiting Consultant at PAC Solutions. With a passion for understanding human interaction, Sydney attended Virginia Tech, earning her bachelor’s and master’s degree in Sociology. Most recently, Sydney served concurrent roles as an Adjunct Faculty member for a local university and Recruiter - HR Coordinator for a global industrial service firm. Sydney is originally from Hanover County, where she grew up with her 5 brothers and sisters!
Ryan Dunphy is the Founder and Managing Partner for PAC Solutions. Ryan has over 17 years’ experience in recruitment, leadership, and workforce consulting. Hailing from Towson, MD, Ryan moved to the Richmond area in 2002 and now lives in Glen Allen with his wife and four boys.
Ashley Hill comes to us with over 18 years of marketing, client engagement and business development experience. She brings with her a proven track record of building lasting partnerships, providing exceptional service and developing meaningful solutions for her clients. A Virginia native, Ashley currently lives in Richmond with her husband and family of 6.
Kiya McCoy is a Recruiting Consultant at PAC Solutions. Kiya is originally from Brentwood, California but is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University. She recently moved cross-country with her husband to be closer to family as they raise their first baby girl.
